HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE OR RETURN?

A maximum period of 15 calendar days is established to request a return, counting from the date of delivery of the order.

The garments must be in perfect condition, with the label and the corresponding proof of purchase. Otherwise, NÍCOLI reserves the right to refuse the return.

Returns will not be accepted in colonies, jewelry, socks, stockings and leotards if they have been unsealed.

For hygiene reasons, bathing suits carry a protective device that prevents them from being tested or used. If you want to return them, it is imperative that they retain the label and the protection device.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can make changes in our stores NÍCOLI or request the return and send the items by mail or courier.

1) Changes in stores NICOLI

  • Locate your nearest store HERE.
  • Change of clothes or exchange for a voucher. p In the store you can make changes for other items or redeem your clothes for a voucher (except items purchased from the online outlet).
  • Refund, the shops, in no case can make reimbursement. In case you want the refund of the amount the procedure is as follows:

2) Returns by mail or courier

The customer must always request the return of the order via e-mail or by telephone.

Once you have requested the return, pack your items safely and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate in this document the items you wish to return.

Make the shipment, either by going to the Post Office and sending your package by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt or you can manage it with the courier company that you prefer.

Please note that in the case of returns by postal mail or courier, NICOLI will not accept shipments due or refundable and that the return shipping costs will not be paid. The direct cost of the returns will always be assumed by the customer except for tare or manufacturing defect. In that case, Nícoli will bear all expenses incurred.

Within 3 to 12 business days, as soon as we receive your package in our warehouse, your return will be processed, which can be made in the form of a voucher, to redeem in your next purchase in any of our stores and online, or if We will make the refund in the same method of payment used in your purchase.

CHANGES

If you prefer to change your item for another one, you will have to place a new order.

REIMBURSEMENT

The repayment term can vary between 3 and 12 working days from the time we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.

DID YOU PAY BY BANK ACCOUNT TRANSFER?

In this case, we will need your IBAN code to make the refund. For this, you can provide your information by sending an email to pedidos@nicoli.es. As soon as we receive this information, we will make the return. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers of the European Union have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order, to cancel their purchase in NICOLI.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is necessary that you inform us in writing by letter or email by sending it to the following address:

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all requested payments, including shipping costs if this was done by Punto Pack, as the least expensive delivery method we offer and in compliance with current regulations.
