What form of payment can I use for my purchase?
All purchases will be charged in euros.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Paypal
- Bank transfer
- Credit card (except American Express)
What are the reasons why my credit card might be rejected?
Your credit card might be rejected for any of the following reasons:
- The card has expired. Make sure your card has not passed its expiry date.
- You may have reached the credit limit of the card. Check with your bank whether you have exceeded your limit for purchases.
- You may have entered data incorrectly. Make sure that you have filled in all the required fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, data is transmitted in encrypted format using SSL systems. For payments with Visa and MasterCard only Secure Electronic Transactions (SETs) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is validated in the SET system, the system will contact the issuing bank so that the buyer can authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the amount required will be debited to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Can I get a receipt in my company name?
Yes. Receipts are automatically sent by e-mail once your order has been dispatched. You simply have to mark the “company” option in personal data and fill in the details which we require.
