Delivery

Where can I receive my order?

Your order will be sent to the client address you have given us, except in the case of P.O. boxes. 

Remember that orders can be sent to other addresses. This is very useful if you are sending a gift, if you spend more time at work than in your house, or if you are temporarily living somewhere other than your permanent residence. 

Purchases made from our Online Shop can NEVER be paid for or collected from any of our retail outlets. 
 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the chosen form of payment since items are not dispatched until payment has been received.  Once payment is received delivery times are estimated at one to two working days, except to the  Balearic and Canary Islands (3 days) and abroad (dependant on destination). 
 

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are free for orders above 350€, unless stated otherwise in your order, in which case the delivery costs will be specified. For smaller orders delivery costs will be specified in your order and will depend on weight, volume and destination.  
 

Can I track my order?

If you have created an account you can track your purchase through the order section.  
 

How does the delivery process work?

Once your order has been processed we will send you an e-mail confirming when your goods will be despatched from our warehouse.
