How can I exchange or return an item?

In order to change or return an item you need to contact us first. 

If you don’t wish to exchange the item you are returning for another one we will issue a credit note which will last for sixth months and can be used at either our online shop or any of our retail outlets. 

Nícoli only returns money in the case of damage or manufacturing defects. Items purchased during the sales periods may be exchanged but not returned 

In the case of goods being returned or exchanged they must be in perfect condition with their label and corresponding purchase receipt. If this is not the case Nícoli reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return. 

The simplest way of changing or returning an item is at one of our retail shops although if you prefer you can return goods by mail or courier. 


What is the time limit for returning goods?

Any exchange or return must be made within 15 days of the purchase date. 


Do I have to pay the costs to change or return an item?

In the case of damaged or defective items any transport costs will be assumed Nícoli.

If this is not the case any transport costs will be the responsibility of the client. The transport costs of the original delivery will be deducted from the total amount.
